SCOPE OF WORK:

REPAINT EXISTING EXTERIOR WOOD TRIM

Power washing of all substrates to remove dirt and other contaminates.

Hand sanding of all substrates to provide maximum adhesion.

Removal of all failed glazing material at windows.

Installation of  new glazing compound as needed.

Application of acrylic wood primer to all substrates.

Application of two coats of acrylic house paint to all substrates.

Ladders and picks.

Sherwin Williams A100 exterior latex primer

Sherwin Williams A100 exterior latex house paint.

Dap glazing compound.

3200 square feet of painted substrate

Three week completion.
