TRIM
Power washing of all substrates to remove
dirt and other contaminates.
Hand sanding of all substrates to provide
maximum adhesion.
Removal of all failed glazing material at
windows.
Installation of new glazing compound
as needed.
Application of acrylic wood primer to all
substrates.
Application of two coats of acrylic house
paint to all substrates.
